A rare piece of wood. This bowl is made from Red Camphor. Less than 2% of the Camphor trees are red. This bowl has some amazing grain effects in it. The size of this bowl is 7 1/2x3 1/2". It is currently shown with a satin food safe finish but can be changed to a High Gloss food Safe finish. Please ask how this can be done for you. Like all my bowls this is a handmade piece. Note: The oil in a Camphor tree is used to make Vics Vapor Rub. You can smell the bottom of the bowl and get a slight smell of it and it's fantastic.
